The qualitative consistency of your conscious octave experience—or what we call "LIFE"—finds its source stemming from the Power of your individual will-force.
You are The Creator.
Living as a human being who is told this Truth is one way to live... but to LIVE LIFE FULLY PRESENT as a human being who KNOWS THIS TO BE THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH is another.

Some Helpful Meditation Tips
Meditation is a sure means to lead you toward Self-realization, clear seeing, and inner-discovery. Find out who you are, what your purpose is, and what's next for you by devoting yourself to your daily practice.
If this is unfamiliar territory for you, we will make it as simple as possible.
When you wake up in the morning, the first thing you will do is sit up, close your eyes, and focus your attention on your breath.
Breathe in, and breathe out for 5-10 minutes.
Done. You are now well on your way to enlightenment. ;-)
Once you've got this morning routine it's time to add another.
Next step. Each night before you go to bed do the same thing. Sit, breathe, and listen with the breath. Do this daily practice with consistency. That means every single day. You do not skip a day because this practice is now an essential part of your life—you are committed and devoted to the discovery of the ultimate Truth.
With time, with patience, and without expectation you will experience for yourself the benefits of a consistent and dedicated lifestyle as a YOGI.
Of course there is much more to being a Yogi than meditation, but this is the foundation of a true-true Yoga practice.
One can bend his or her body into all sorts of positions, back-bridges, touch the toes, and stand on one foot all day long. However, if one does not meditate one is truly missing the mark—the mark being Self-realization.
Do what is being asked here and you will experience what words cannot touch for yourself. You will see everything the way it truly is.
